Irv Epstein chemistry lab
Irv Epstein, the Henry F. Fischbach Professor of Chemistry and a Howard Hughes Medical Institute Professor, leads a chemistry lab that seeks to understand, design, and control chemical systems that exhibit complex, nonlinear, dynamic behavior in time and space. These systems may have important applications or provide insights into related phenomena in biology, physics, mathematics, polymer and materials science. At Brandeis, both undergraduate and graduate students work closely with renowned faculty on research projects.
